Iam vinay ,Actually I joined to the x company 3 years back and left the company by breaking the bond and they hold my puc certificate with them and now the bond validity expired for the last month,can I get my documents and bonds back from the company and how to proceed for further process? Please help me to get out of this ,they were asking money which has huge amount

A.Dear Client,
In this situation, send in an application the the company regarding the same. On breakage of bond, the company is legally eligible to sue you. You will have to proceed to file in an application for your certificates as they cannot keep a hold on those indefinitely. But, try contacting the HR or any other authority regarding this.
