Do I file another civil suit
We are family of 2 brothers and 2 sisters all married and my father died without a will and my elder brother has taken possession of all the assets of my late father, movable and immovable and using for self and later 1 sister filed a civil suit against him without informing me and now both the brothers and myself are the defendant. So do I need to file a seperate civil suit against my elder brother for my share in the property or single case is enough for partition of the property equally among us.
A.Dear Client,
There won't be any need to file a separate case since a case is already going on in this regard. A single case would suffice for partition of the property equally.
