Criminal case: Person absconding Criminal case: Person absconding

Given money through check for interest but from the last 4 years that person said through mediator he would return as early as possible but remains absconding. That person was trailed by CID and the case was also disposed.
Any suggestions ? As the person remains absconding he cannot be summoned.
Will there be any help from CID if complained? Because the case was disposed upon some conditions by the court

And question of limitation arises here?
But the person was always absconded

Any suggestions would be grateful thank you.

A.Dear Client,
If a case is disposed by the court, then the person is acquitted and the case cannot be re-opened again.
