I shifted from Pune to Delhi 3 weeks back. I hired Cloud movers and packers for transferring my household goods. I insisted quite strongly to make sure insurance is in place. My TV and Computer table arrived shattered and I filed for the insurance claim. The claim got rejected on the ground that Jolts clause is not covered. At no point did Cloud mention that jolts clause wont be covered, infact I spent an entire week following up with them for preparing the claim documents, yet they didnt even mention once that jolts clause is not covered. Infact they assured me that you will definitely get the claim. How should I proceed?
