My hindu great grandfather purchased a plot in 1960 and constructed house. He had 3 sons and 3 daughters. After his death, based on registered will, the house was divided equally amongst his 3 sons and 3 different house numbers were allocated in the municipal records. My grandfather\'s name was entered in the munispility records against his share for which he was paying property tax. My grandfather before his death executed a will on my grandmother\'s name. My grandfather had 2 son and 01 daughter. My father was living in Meerut but my Chacha and my Bua migrated to USA in 1980s and are now US citizens. They both have their grandchildrens. After my grandfather\'s death in 2008, the name of my grandmother was entered in municipality records and was paying house tax. My father also died last year leaving behind my mother, myself 35 yrs and my married sister. After my father\'s death, my grandmother executed a registered will on name of my mother. Do my Chacha and Bua still own their share?
