My mother' age is 73 years she has 3 son and 1 daughter all are married .she leaves separate on ground floor and brothers leaves on 1st 2nd and 3rd floor. NO ONE HELP HER FINANCIALLY AND SHE IS LEAVING ON MY FATHER'S PENSION.ALL ARE GOOD BUT MY 3RD BROTHER AND HIS WIFE HARRASE MY MOTHER MENTALLY .SHE WANT'S HER FLOOR EVERY DAY CALL THE POLICE IN FAKE CHARGES.SHE FILED FRAUD CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST MY MOTHER AND AS WELL AS ALL FAMILY MEMBER.MY MOTHER ALSO FILED CASE IN SENIOR CITIZEN COURT BUT AT LAST I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED JUDGE HAS BEEN AGAINST MY MOTHER AND DISMIS MY MOTHER CASE.NOW WHERE TO GO PLEASE HELP ME

A.Dear Sir,
Your mother has to approach High Court against the orders of Assistant Commissioner. The High Court may sympathically considered the matter and allow some maintenance to your mother.

A.Dear Client,
If the case was dismissed by the Senior Civil Judge, an appeal cannot lie in the same court. It must either be filed befre the District and Sessions Judge or before the High Court.
