Mental torture through WhatsApp

My husband is having an affair with his friend. I have reached out to his family at several occassions not one seems to be bothered. He just transfers money to my account. I am running around with my 6 yr old daughter for everything. I have no emotional support or help. Last month and this month he has or if his parents have send a message through WhatsApp asking me to leave the house. First his mother sends me a message asking me to leave then I forwarded to his father asking what is this? His father says it is his house and I have to leave it seems. Today again my husband send message that I need to leave the house end of this month. On what accounts can I file a case on my husband and his parents? Iam getting worried no one will talk in person only via WhatsApp they will send such messages.
You can file Domestic Violence and cruelty case under Section 498A against your husband and his parents so that you can save your marriage.

Sir, my only query now is even if the house is in my father in laws name am I required to leave, or can I still say that I wont leave. I just need to know this. I don't want to leave the house. 1) My late father had paid 30 lakhs for this house while it was under construction and even if thye return this amount I dont want to leave this house. Am I legally allowed to continue to stay in this house.
Before instituting any suit against your husband or family members I would suggest you to go for mediation in mediation centres for settlement as It provides an opportunity to address the situation before the problem accelerate more.
It creates a forum where disputes and issues can be heard and addressed by the parties with the help of a neutral third party.
It saves money as the disputes are promptly settled or if not settled they are referred to the court immediately.

Sir, what kind of mediation centers are you talking about? Could you give me details, he is not interested in counseling? He looked at my face and told he doesn't want me in his life whatever is to be done for my kid he will do but he is not bothered about me.
