Matrimonial - Married on January 2023 at Special marriage act

Married on January 2023 at Special marriage act (under section 13 of Act- XLIII of of 1954) but till now no sexual (intercourse) has done. Every time my wife refused me. I her told her if any problem we can consult with the doctor but she is not agreed. Please advice me what can I do in this situation. 1st week of this month she has gone her parental home and sent me 498A notice.
Can I go for Nullity of marriage?

If a spouse does not allow the partner to have sex for a long time it amounts to mental cruelty but the marriage cannot be nullified you may reach court for divorce on this ground under Special Marriage Act.
