Fraud in premium ammount Fraud in premium ammount

I bought to policies from policy baazar in one I am seeing the same ammount in benifit illustration what I am paying but in second one I am paying 18000 and they are mentioning 17000 when I asked them they told me that this excluding taxes but when I asked them to write on official paper they are not responding. Can I seek help in consumer court?
