A.Hello,
You may Report the case to the nearest Police-Station. If you have some evidence, it will help police to prima-facie accept the complaint in writing and give you a copy of it.

A.Hi client,
I don't know whether you are minor or not but if you are a minor you will be guided by -
THE JUVENILE JUSTICE (CARE AND PROTECTION OF CHILDREN)ACT, 2015 and if you are an adult the IPC guided laws will come into force.
Before getting into any sort of legal procedure, contact your relatives or a family friend who can mutually resolve the matter.
If this does not work then, lodge an FIR.
