My husband sent a normal legal notice mentioning he gave one talaq with two witness....in my absence without my knowledge... suddenly I rec'd I'm second wife...he went back to his first wife and sending talaq to me.....reason I said I won't do job and I want to be a house wife same as his first wife...in this quarrel started ....he is forcing me to go to job and he is taking care of first wife and his children..if I ask justice he sends me legal notice stating I'm harassing him .if I ask any house expenses he says he will complaint to police if I call him for money...please help me what shd I do...do I need to accept that talaq or do I need to complaint to police...please help me.

A.Hello,
As per the infromation you have given you can file an application for application for maintenence or you can file a FIR against him if he is harrassing you.
