I have a property where three brothers are owner ,half the property owned by elder brother and in other half owned by 2 younger brother ,now no demarcation is done as which side who owns the plot,my question is since i am the owner of half plot can i do the contruction after dividing the plot into half
In future can my brithers claim that i wanted plot at the east or west side
