About Legal Heir Certificate

My father passed away recently....
Now applies for death certificate and further need to apply for Legal Heir Certificate...
We are staying in a rent house and I have given this address as a current address in a death certificate application form(all evidence people signed in a death certificate application are neighbours of this house)...
We decided to change the house(some rent issues).... It is compulsory that we must stay in a same house until we get death certificate and Legal Heir Certificate...?

A.Nothing any such rules but u should stay till completing procedure

There is no such rule but it is better to stay their only till concerned authorities visit your rented house and make sure that you are residing their and it will be a basis to issue such certificate.

But it may take more than 2-3 months as I heard from Tehasildar Office...
