Refusing refund and abusing in whatsapp

There's an issue between me and a lady travel agent, with whose group me and my wife had intended and paid for a tour but had to cancel as original offers were changed and it was not comfortable,When asked for refund of full money she said she would deduct cancellation charges which I didn't agree as she had not finalised any hotel, transportation and hadn't paid any amount to agency or service providers. Then she started abusing calling me nonsense, fool, Dharpok, useless , retired and not doing anything etc by writing as well as by voice messages. It increased when I got her served a legal notice for refund. Apart from going to consumer court for recovery of my money which is about 69,000 can I lodge a complaint against her with police authorities or in law court. if so under what section
As per the information you have mentioned you can file a FIR against them for harassment it thats the case.
