Use of force by builder to exchange parking space
11 months ago
I have a flat with registered parking space. Builder after providing allotment is forcing us without our consent to exchange with another parking space. What can we do in such case?
A.Dear Client,
You may ensure the terms of the agreement entered into with the builder, and send a legal notice if he does not change his stance.
