Flipkart return got cancelled

I had bought a tourch which was received on 19 March 2023 and it turned out to be defective so I put a return request on the same day. The return pickup date was 23 march. But that return never happened or automatic cancel happened. I placed the order through pay later. I tried to connect customer support but could not.Now flipkart paylater people are calling and asking for payment, I asked for my return then they are asking to talk to customer support but customer support people are saying after due date they Can't do anything after that. I am not gonna pay for the faulty product i received. What to do?
