am staying in my ancestral bungalow since my birth.the said bungalow is prior 1961-62.my grand father had constructed loft in my residential bungalow since couple of years.now mcgm has issued me notice u/s 351 mmc act insisting me to prove that the said loft is since years.so can anyone help me what documents should i provide them for verification.my email id : [email protected]

A.You may show the sanctioned/approved Building plan having provision for construction of loft in the bungalow.

A.Dear Sir,
It being ancestral property as such you are not suppose to in custody of such old documents. You may get issue similar reply through local advocate.
