I had filled a case against my husband and inlwas.
Got to know from somewhere that they are removing my husband from all the property so that compensation can’t be claimed by me. What can be done with this regard?

A.It is an afterthought action taken by your inlaws to deprive you from maintenance or compensation if the DV Case won by you and such action with an ulterior motive is challengable before the Court.
Get in touch with your present Advocate and ask him to take appropriate steps to stall their ulterior motive or intention to deprive you from your right.
