Amendment of pleading

I have filed suit for declaration of title and now applied for amendment that suit for permanent injunction.
Suit is at pre trial stage. Defendant has counter claimed and we also filed written statement to counterclaim.
We have possession on basis of part performance of contract ordered by court in 1969. At this stage can we grant amendment order or can I file another fresh suit or withdraw present suit , pls.guide me and suggest best way

Yes, you can go for amendment.
You can also withdraw.
You can not do both.
Best would be to go by the advise of your Advocate who is conducting the Case.
