Property share query

I am my father's youngest son. My dad's mom(grandmother) is living on a own house located in mmda colony, chennai. My dad and mom expired in 2013. I have an elder brother who is married and living separately. I am married too. My grandmother says after she is dead my share will be given by my aunty. I want to know what share is she talking about.
