Written agreement is denied. Written agreement is denied.

My father was living at frontsite of a residential land, and he was not interested to sell the property to the contractor. Hence other successors made a deal with my father to give few extra money if he will agree to develop the property along with others and made a written deal with them. Post my father's death they are denying to give that money. Where as it was stated if they fails to give that money they will give the shop equivalents to the said amount. But the building is already developed and the other successors are not giving the money or the property. We have a written aggrement on a court paper
