Can I apply for a new passport if there are cyber complaints on my bank account, and under Investigation. I did crypto trading, and someone filed a complaint on it, Bank account is on freeze. And Investigating Officer not giving NOC or way to resolve this issue. Do I need to bribe them? I don't want to.
