If anyone come to our shop and he asked for the rate of material and he is not agree with the rate and we say this the rate if you want you take if not then you can go to other shop but he is not going and saying that I will spread bad things about you in the WhatsApp group of our society and taking photos of the shop and giving bad words giving dhamki
so what we can do to stop the man not to spread nonsense things
A.Lodge an FIR against the person with local PS if you are fully aware of his identity particulars mentioning the name of eyewitnesses who were physically present at the time of the incident and agree to give a statement in your favor in course of the investigation carried out by police pursuant to FIR. And get in touch with an Advocate on production of police FRT post investigation before the concerned Court to deal the matter.
