Drunk and drive
I have got caught for drunk and drive for the first time in Feb this year and paid a fine of 3500 and got my licence suspended. I was caught for the second time yesterday. I attended the councilling today and no where it was shown as second offence. I submitted 3 copies of aadhar car and RC to the police and they said I have pay fine in the court. Is there any chance that the police are mistaken and the court identifies it as second offence. Please help
A.Hi client,
There is a record of your previous offence kept with the department. You cannot hide it, its better to not get into any trouble by challenging or suppressing something. Pay the fine and don't repeat such action in the future.
Contact an advocate if you have any doubt regarding the legal procedure.

A.Dear Sir,
First check the police records which are filed before the Court and if there is mention of second offence then take further legal advise and get copies such documents.
