In absence of nature of trade/business/industry and what kind of job/engagment you were hired or fired, it may not be possible to guide you in the matter.
However, in case you are a workman as defined u/s.2(s) of I D Act, 1947 you can make an application u/s.33C(2) of I D Act to the concerned Labour Court for recovery of dues from employer.
In case your are employed in a commercial establishment registered under Shops and Establishment Act, then you can make an application in Form N u/s.14(2) and Rule 31 to the concerned Chief Inspector of Shops & Establishment to recover your dues.
