Business Partner Done Fraud with Me [Partnership was no Legally]

I started Business Partnership with one of my friends in Jan 2022, but this was my first time and I was not having any experience of Partnership, so I did it without going legally.

Within 2-3 Months Projects started growing and we started earning monthly 5-8 Lakh, then with the same project with both started 2 more projects. Everything was going fine and we were writing all earnings & expenses in Google Sheets.

But in August, with Accident i was affected with brain damage as well. And it was too tough to recover for me. I was able to go to the office in Feb 2023.and even i forgot lots of stuff because of Brain Damage.

But when i told my business partner about Accounting of Revenue and Expense. He denies and says that he will not give 50% after earning. Even i talked with his father, but his father denied as well and said we will not give you a single penny. That time I found out that the family was a fraudster

Even in Panchayat he refused to give a single penny of revenue. Even took a lot of earnings before the accident, because he knew because of brain damage I forgot about where every revenue was coming from. And moreover he removed me as admin and took all three projects.

He was aware that the partnership was not legally registered. And I can not go legally and prove everything. He played very well with his mind and successfully made a fraud of 50-60L.

Currently I am not able to focus on my projects, because every day only one thing comes to mind about Justice. (Sirsa, Haryana)
