Regarding shopkeeper refuse to give refund amount

I brought one product it's cost around Rs.2400.
And I returned the product it's been 8 month .
Still I m not got my refund amount .
Always they tell will check .

A.First you need to serve a legal notice to concerned Shopowner giving him 15 days time for compliance of your demand.
In case no response or unsatisfactory response to your claim is received from Shop Owner you may file an application before the Director/Asst. Director of Consumer Affairs Deptt. for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice to resolve the matter of small amount through the mediation process.
And in case mediation fails then you have to nock the door of Consumer Court of the concerned Dist.
