Flipkart fraud

Flipkart is neither canceling nor delivering my Order after repeated requests. They have also taken payment from me of Rs 2100 and now misleading me by texting that Order is cancelled but when I call them they say that it is not cancelled yet. Can i claim compensation from them?

In case you are able to file the complaint online as per the user manual or instructions of E-Dhakhil you can do it otherwise you may take the help of any friend or relative who is computer savy and got experience in e-filing.
Contact the customer care and get a clear idea about the details of the delivery. If they are not delivering the product or refunding the amount due, you can file a case in the consumer court for deficiency of services. The litigating charge might be more than the product value therefore it is better to contact the company first.

The customer care is completely clueless and unable to solve the issue. They are just extending the date and I believe the system has duped the amount. Its not about the refund anymore but about unfair trade practise by the company. Can legal notice be issued for mental harassment and cheating?
