Single Girl Child Doubg
Sir,
I Want a legal clarification about the Single Girl Child definition in the admission to Kendriya Vidyalaya.
The question is that a parent have only one girl child with no other siblings, but the father had a child in the previous martial relation which had divorced. Whether the child in the present marriage is treated as single girl? The previous marriage has been divorced legally before the present marriage.
A.Dear Client,
A child from the first marriage is the sibling of a child born out of the second marriage because your husband is the biological father of the child born out of first marriage. So your daughter can not be considered as single child of the parents.
