sales head commitments not fulfilled after complete payment

Purchased a flat in Hyderabad, on 31st March 2022.
Fraudulent, & dupe action of AGM sale, which are adjudged (from company mail Id we are having mails as proof for every below mentioned points)
1) Committed through mail, car parking will be provide under tower block but provided in basement.
2) It was a direct deal between company and customer through sales head but, the sales head concealed and collected the brokerage charges of 2.5% from customer, later on claimed it from company by adding in the booking form.
3) We have paid 2 Lakhs booking amount + 7.0285 Lakhs agreement amount based on conditions of booking forms of company as per company rules, later on without our concern & approval, the signature of Asst sales manager has been change. Which we are finding illegal and reprimand him.
4) At the time of booking, sales head said, the company will bear 0.5% registration charges when asked 0.5% registration charges during registration He his saying, it is adjusted & discounted. So we requested sales head, to substantiate financially total deal, to which so far there is no response from him.
what to do in all the above cases?
