My father has one akram sakram site, he passed away 3 months ago... Now if I want to sell that along with legal heir certificate I need to do record uthaar ? What actually the thing called record uthaar ?

A.Dear Sir,
It is a revenue term which indicates the name of original owner property maintained by revenue department in some part of Karnataka State. If buyer is ready then sell the property but check it can be registered.
