Joined a company as Co-Founder at a decent package but didnt get the salary of from the beginning.

While you are saying you join the Company as a Co-Founder you are not getting salary from the beginning. Based on this insufficient information nothing can be commented as of now.
In case you join as a Director of the Company, your remuneration is guided by Sec.309 of the Companys Act, 1956 or in case you join as Manger your remuneration is guided by the provision of Sec.198 of the Act
You may take up the matter of non-payment of remuneration with the concerned authority based on your position or status in the said Company.
