Girl's parents threatening to file a complain against me

Hi, I had a love affair with a girl. We both are at the legal age of marriage But i belongs to different caste that's why her parents had an issue with me. And her parents also mentally tortured her to leave me and stop talking with me. I belongs to a good family and don't have any false habit. Her parents giving me threat to file a police complain against me may be just for talking with her or may be with the false allegations. I have every chats history, calls recordings with her and polite call recordings with her mother & photos of both of us as an evidence of our relation. I want to know if they file any complain against me then Can i be arrested? If they file complain with any false allegation can i make a counter claim ? And what should i do if they file a complain against me & i will be arrested ?
