Cyber cell - complaint against cheating

I was complaint against cheating the person cheating me offering job. Miss me and my bank account.
I was complainted cyber cell. But my complaint not moving . So that other person complainted cyber cell against my bank account for received amount.
What i do no .
Can I complaint to court about my complaint not moving next step.
Or visit to cyber cell along with my complaint copy.
