can we ask court, to file and add a particular section in my complaint? if police is not filing that particular offence section in my FIR?

A.Dear Sir,
At the stage of FIR you cannot ask the Court to direct the Investigation Officer to add any section in the FIR. However, you may opt for such option after filing charge sheet if such proposed sections are not filed by the IO.

Yes of course you can make a prayer for the inclusion of any offence in your FIR under IPC to the Court if the Police is not cooperating you for the same.
