If a MD is removed after voting of the share holders and the austed MD removes some valuable documents and the hard disk of the organization when he left , how to deal with such a situation in a limited company. Who can support legally to recover the damages created by the old MD. Since he has walked away with all documents and the data from the computer without even giving proper hand over to the new MD. How soon the action against him will be made.

As per the information you have given it is advsiable to you to file a FIR against him for theft .

A.Dear Sir,
It is nothing but theft. You may immediately lodge a complaint with police and they raid his house and arrest him and recover.
