Namaste Sir/ Madam,
Im working in Public sector undertaking coming under Indian Central government. I have 21 years of experience in the company and i'm working in 3 rotational shift duties with timings are as follows
a) first shift - 06:30 AM to 2:30 PM
b) second Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
c) Night shift - 10:00 PM to 06:30 AM
Thursday is my weekly off and Sunday is my working day.
I completed my Diploma in Pharmacy qualification on my self-interest towards crude drugs and English Medicines.
I attended classes during my night shifts, second shifts, Thursdays, and also Lab practicals sessions after first shift hours timings.
Sometimes i also applied leave in attending Practicals classes and examinations.
As i enrolled for course in 2020 August. Many classes in the years 2020 and 2021 went online owing to pandemic.
The first year Pharmacy annual exams was conducted in March 2022 and second year annual exams in September 2022 with one month vacation in June 2022.
Most importantly i obtained written permission from my company prior joining the Pharmacy course.
Now for higher promotion in my company can i produce diploma in pharmacy course certification.
Request Note: The Diploma in Pharmacy course is regular day college with no correspondence or evening classes

If the promotion policy of your Organisation permits your qualification for the next promotion, you can apply for the same. Permission to pursue any academic course can not ensure your promotion if the company's promotion policy does not permit it So you cannot claim your promotion as a matter of right.
