My father get second marriage after my mother death . Now second mother also two childrens and they want Equal rights for the property how can we give it us r what is the rights for ask equal sharing

A.In both the case of self-acquired property and ancestral property, if left bu the owner intestate, all the surviving legal heirs of the deceased are entitled for an equal share in the property of the deceased irrespective of their status.
