Simplilearn - Issues on refund by Simplilearn

Hi Team,
I am Sharik Azam, age 30 years. I recently, while looking for a right learning partner for switch my Career in IT industry, I reached out the Simplilearn institute for enquiry on the courses on Mar 2023. I was guided through a learning advisor from simplilearn Mr. Ankit Kumar (+91-8969751181, now he left the job) after my enquiry forced me to take up their learning on compulsion , though i explained on the money problems I Had , the learning consultant forced to take up the course , stating after revieing the course , you can raise even a cancellation and full refund within 7 days, They introduced me to third party financial supporter Propelld Institute .The course name: Master’s program for Business Analytics for rs.37800/-, loan processed from Propelld institute .But within 7 day from starting my class (class start in 6 may 2023 and I was enrolled in mar 2023) I cancelled the courses learning and started for the refund with simplilearn, after reviewing it and as Mr ankit told me that there is no issue to cancel your course and you are eligible for cancelation if you enrolled in mar 2023 and class start in May 2023. So that why I am agree to enrol in mar 2023 but now when I ask for refund the simplilearn customer care said to me show me some proof that Mr ankit said that for refund any call recording or any other proof (how is anyone record call in daily practice and How is anyone supposed to know if their quality is good or not without attending the class?) so the deny to refund my money back.
Then i waited for some time, later when on May 30th, I reached propelld team about the refund for the loan on learning course. They informed me back that they can’t do anything and told me to call in Simplilearn institution. Now the simplilearn customer care don’t care my problem they behave very rudely and not interested in my problem.
I again raised a support request with Simplilearn stating all the things above informed.Request Number : 01786080 on their website , they again replied just with the screen that they resolved the complain closing their tickets without proper solutions.
I feel completely broken like am being cheated by this learning institute Simplilearn, I have not even taken the learning classes, but now I lost my money of Rs.37800/- . They indulging in fraud kind of activity I Feel on the refund, They even bring big companies for their customers to get blief at first like IBM is in collabartion with them.
Please address my issue and guide on the further things to proceed to get my money back from the learning institute Simplilearn. PFA screenshots for the reference and let me know any further details.

You have every right to get a refund for your money , You can file a consumer complaint at the consumer forum alleging that you have not taken the service that was to be provided by such institute and have withdrawn yourself, so a refund is in order.
