Ligal advice about my reVertion Ligal advice about my reVertion

Hello sir!
I joined zilha parishad class four service by compantionate ground. At that time my qualification was bachlor of arts digree. Still i not get class three post. In service getting legal permition i aquired bachlor of education digree as wel as Masters of education post graduate digree. Then i applied to zp authority to include me in class three considering my aquired qualification but they not considered it. So i filed writ in high court aurangabad bench. In this writ court gives order as to consider my aquired qualification and take discision. After that zp authority included me in class three post askendrapramukh in 2013. But in 2016 again they revertedme back on class four. Giving reason that they can not consider my aquired qualification.
