I posted to sell my car on OLX and one person showed his intrest to buy the same the price was discussed and agreed. He was supposed to have a look on the car and then finalised the deal. But I have sold the same car to someone else. Now he is trying to take legal action against me stating I have breached commitment.

A.Until and unless the commitment is made in black and white, i.e, a written agreement, the seller will not be held liable for breach of contract or commitment. In the absence of any written agreement to sell, a seller can sell his goods for a better deal.
