My father died....
I want to sell his akram sakram site,
Apart from Legal Heir Certificate what else I need ? Which document a buyer expects to buy that land ?

First thing the buyer would like to purchase directly from the seller.
Since your father is dead and you have the legal heir certificate from the competent authority in that case you are entitled to sell provide there are no other claimants to that property,
If there are claimants all have to sign in the sale deed.

A.The Buyer expect the property in the seller name only .better to take up the issue with the local Lawyer from the panel to assist you in all aspects of the issues quickly .
