Land registration
Hi,
I want to buy land in hadapsar Pune. The current owner has developed ground + terrace. The land is in Pune but not registered with Pune muncipal corporation. The land is less than 500sq ft.
Should I buy the land?
Will I have to pay penalty for development?
Can I have a legal trouble in future?
Any suggestions please?
A.Dear Client,
First option for you would be to get in touch with a local Real Estate Lawyer who is well well conversant with local laws with special reference to Maharashtra.
Second he /she will advise you what to do next.
Whether you want to have the land or defer it depends upon your purchasing capacity.
You need to have certain check ups before you declare yourself trouble, free.
