Can i claim my sister's share in partition suit using her will

My sister passed away leaving behind a will in my name which says i can claim forthcoming propeties that she was legally entitled to from her late father's properties. Now there is a partition suit happening for the division of the propeties. Can i claim my sister's share in the partition suit along with my share?
