House owner is not returning the lease amount of 5,00,000, my lease ended 2 years back. still he is not returning my money. I'm in abroad now, no one is at the house. How to recover my money. thanks!
A.In case the lease amount is refundable and the condition is stipulated in the registered in Lease Agreement, you can proceed for its recovery through Court, otherwise, it may be difficult to recover it from the owner or lessor even through litigation.

A.Dear Sir,
If it is registered lease agreement then you appoint power of attorney and file a suit for recovery of said amount. In the meanwhile put somebody else in physical possession of that house and see that landlord is not taken possession of the same.
