Non refundable amount from the nnet academy before 15 days of service

How can I get refund as the academy does not have proper coaching only four days have attended class and teaching was not satisfactory and having mental harrasment
Do and in the admission application they mentioned had non refundable how to get refund please i am requesting you to help me to solve my query
