Fraud my Flipkart

Dear Sir
I have order a Samsung AC from Flipkart which is delivered to me on 04th of June 23 and installation was supposed to be done on 06th of June as per mentioned charges of 1415 INR plus GST but they were asking a charges of 5500 for installation which I did not agreed and file a complaint against the flipkart which they told me will be resolved within 13th of June 23 , on 13th of June at night when it was not resolved I asked the customer care they said it is extended for one more day so I should wait for it till 14th of June 23 , on their request I have given the time line of 14th June also again I did not get a any phone for extension of complaint period neither my complaint is resolved till the day and when I called to Flipkart they are asking one more day.
And in all these my return period of the product is expired which they have told me earlier that it will not expire as it will be applicable from the date of installation.
I feel like cheated and harnessed mentally by Flipkart even after follow of 10 days 20 calls it is still not resolved yet.
What should I do?

In the given situation, file a complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Affairs Deptt online mode through e-dakhil following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 for redressal of your grievance. It may work fast to redress the grievance. failing which you may file an offline Complaint Before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch or warehouse/godown is in operation claiming refund of the entire value of the defective product or to replace it with a new one along with compensation for harassment.
