Relieving employment bond

I have sign the bond with employer for 24 months I have serve 22 months +1 month notice period I have served. and want to leave company
but as per employment bond only one statement is written regarding the notice period as per given below
"'by the employee after completion of two year from the date of employment (expiry of surety bond)- by giving written notice of not less then three month''
but company is now force me to serve 3 month notice other wise the are asking 2 month full salary but this think are not written in employment contact
please suggest best way to solve this matter
