I was tortured by in laws as I don't have money and when I got married I did not give any dowry to them and I was chased out of my in laws house because I delivered a girl baby..It is own house and my husband is the first son to his parents and my husband has elder sister who is married and lives in a different place and my husband has younger sister who is unmarried and she is the one who is threatening the parents and threatening me and my husband has younger brother who is married and lives upstairs in the same house.....Now all three has shared money within themselves when the different properties was sold and they did not give us anything and they are saying that they have spent money to there mother for hospital though we have my father in law s medical insurance.

And now as my in laws are getting old and I wanted to settle this house issue and I wanted to get back to my room which is in my in laws house and we have locked the room and we have key...
We wanted shift to own house..

But my sister in law is threatening me to get dowry and she is saying we have planned to kill my husband...And those three ( My husband elder sister, younger sister and younger brother joining together have planned to kill my husband is what she is saying)

So now I wanted to logged a complaint in the police station and we wanted to move to our house....

A.Dear Madam,
Instead of posing a question online you could have directly approach Police Station and lodge a strong complaint with evidence showing that there are torturing you since you are unable to give dowry and you have given birth to a girl child.

A.Dear Client,

You can lodge an FIR at the nearest police station. You can choose who you want to lodge the complaint against as well, be it your in laws or your sister in law.
Then a notice will be served to the accused as mentioned in the FIR and you can consult a lawyer to help you through the legal battle that will then ensue.
