A.You will be governed by the Claim & compensation under the Act and loss of limbs & earning capacity, in case of dependents as per the court clauses rules & precedents.

A.It will be dependent on his earning. Medical expenses. Age. Disabilities. Normally 10 to 50 lakh awarded. It's dependents on fact or court
